Cuando la agenda no cabe en la ruta comercial —una gira de un día en dos provincias, una delegación que debe llegar completa, una emergencia— coordinamos la aeronave con operadores certificados por la DGAC y lo contratamos por medio del oferente costarricense del grupo.
01 · Cuándo se justifica
Dos o tres destinos en la misma jornada, sin pernoctar y sin depender de itinerarios comerciales.
El grupo debe llegar junto y a una hora fija, y no cabe en la disponibilidad comercial del día.

En 2025 el grupo movilizó una delegación de la UNED en cuatro aeronaves completas, con vuelos, traslados y control de la lista de pasajeros en un solo expediente, y desde ese año atiende vuelos chárter para el sector público. Ver la historia del grupo.
04 · Preguntas frecuentes
Sí. El servicio se contrata con la empresa costarricense del grupo, inscrita como proveedora del Estado, con la documentación de idoneidad que exija el procedimiento.
La cotización detalla el costo por aeronave, su capacidad y los rubros incluidos, lo que permite comparar contra el costo total de mover al grupo en vuelos comerciales, incluyendo días de viaje.
El operador certificado por la DGAC, según su certificado y sus pólizas. La agencia responde por la contratación, la coordinación y la información entregada.
Depende de la aeronave disponible. Para delegaciones grandes se coordinan varias aeronaves, como en la operación de la UNED en 2025.

The group must arrive together at a fixed time and does not fit the scheduled availability of the day.

In 2025 the group moved a UNED delegation on four full aircraft, with flights, transfers and passenger-list control in a single file, and has served charter flights for the public sector since that year. See the group history.

Yes. The service is contracted with the group's Costa Rican company, registered as a State supplier, with the eligibility documentation the procedure requires.
The quote itemises the cost per aircraft, its capacity and the items included, which allows comparison against the total cost of moving the group on scheduled flights, including travel days.
The DGAC-certified operator, under its certificate and policies. The agency answers for the contracting, the coordination and the information provided.
It depends on the aircraft available. For large delegations several aircraft are coordinated, as in the 2025 UNED operation.
