Qué es un vuelo chárter
Un avión contratado completo, con su horario y su ruta
En un vuelo comercial usted compra un asiento en un itinerario que ya existe. En un chárter contrata la aeronave completa: usted define el aeropuerto de salida, la hora, las paradas y quién viaja. La aeronave la opera una empresa con certificación de la DGAC; AeroRide la contrata, coordina el permiso, la tripulación y el plan de vuelo, y responde por el servicio.

Cuándo tiene sentido volar privado
Cuando el costo del tiempo del equipo supera la diferencia de tarifa: cuatro ejecutivos que pierden dos días en conexiones cuestan más que el tramo directo.
Cuando la agenda es inamovible y una conexión perdida cancela la reunión, la firma o la inspección.

¿AeroRide opera las aeronaves?
No. AeroRide coordina el vuelo con operadores que cuentan con certificación de la DGAC. La operación, la tripulación y la responsabilidad operacional corresponden al operador certificado.
¿Con cuánta anticipación se debe solicitar?
Depende de la ruta y de la disponibilidad de aeronave. Escriba con la fecha y le confirmamos qué es posible; para urgencias trabajamos con el plazo mínimo que permita el operador y la autoridad.
¿Qué incluye el costo que me cotizan?
La cotización detalla el costo del vuelo, tasas, permisos y servicios de terminal, para que no aparezcan cargos después. Lo que quede excluido se indica explícitamente.
¿Se puede contratar desde una institución pública?

What a charter flight is
A whole aircraft contracted, on your schedule and your route
On a scheduled flight you buy a seat on an itinerary that already exists. On a charter you contract the whole aircraft: you set the departure airport, the time, the stops and who travels. The aircraft is operated by a DGAC-certified company; AeroRide contracts it, coordinates permits, crew and the flight plan, and answers for the service.

Does AeroRide operate the aircraft?
No. AeroRide coordinates the flight with DGAC-certified operators. Operation, crew and operational responsibility rest with the certified operator.
How far in advance should it be requested?
It depends on the route and aircraft availability. Send the date and we confirm what is possible; for urgencies we work to the minimum lead time the operator and the authority allow.
What does the quoted cost include?
The quote itemises flight cost, taxes, permits and terminal services, so no charges appear later. Anything excluded is stated explicitly.
Can a public institution contract it?
Yes, through the group's Costa Rican bidder in procurement processes. See tenders and public sector.
