En 2025 el grupo movilizó una delegación de la UNED en cuatro aeronaves completas, con vuelos, traslados y control de la lista de pasajeros en un solo expediente. Cuando la disponibilidad comercial del día no alcanza para mover al grupo completo, se evalúa chárter institucional.
04 · Preguntas frecuentes
Depende del programa. En hotelería y vuelos las tarifas de grupo suelen aplicar a partir de diez pasajeros; por debajo de eso cotizamos como reservas individuales coordinadas.
El cronograma fija hasta qué fecha se puede ajustar sin penalidad. Después de esa fecha, la cotización ya indica el costo de cada cambio.
Ambos. Salas, equipo audiovisual, coffee breaks y alimentación entran en el mismo expediente y en la misma factura.
El pago lo hace la empresa con tarjeta corporativa, o cada viajero con la suya. Ver empresas privadas.

In 2025 the group moved a UNED delegation on four full aircraft, with flights, transfers and passenger-list control in a single file. When the scheduled availability of the day is not enough to move the whole group, we assess institutional charter.

It depends on the programme. In hotels and flights, group fares usually apply from ten passengers; below that we quote as coordinated individual bookings.
The schedule sets the date up to which it can be adjusted without penalty. After that date, the quote already states the cost of each change.
Both. Meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment, coffee breaks and catering go into the same file and the same invoice.
