01 · Qué hacemos
Un boleto o un grupo entero, siempre con la misma gente atendiéndolo y una sola factura al final.
Boletos con tarifa corporativa, hotelería, traslados y seguros, dentro de las reglas de su política de viaje. Ver el servicio.
Viaje de premiación para el equipo comercial: destino, actividades y logística, con presupuesto cerrado antes de anunciarlo internamente.
Inscripción, vuelos, hotel cerca de la sede, traslados y salas, con control de asistencia. Ver grupos y MICE.

La operación empezó en 2019 vendiendo boletos uno por uno. Hoy el grupo atiende empresas, universidades e instituciones en Centroamérica, y ella sigue detrás de las cuentas grandes. Ver la historia completa.

03 · Tecnología
Desde 2026 la operación corre sobre nuestra propia plataforma. Sirve para que nadie tenga que perseguir un correo viejo para saber en qué va un viaje.
Cotizaciones, boletos, vouchers y facturas viven en el mismo lugar. Si cambia el ejecutivo, el historial no se pierde.
El viajero escribe al mismo número desde el aeropuerto y le contesta alguien que ya sabe cuál es su reserva.
Clase, anticipación y topes quedan configurados, así nadie tiene que revisar a mano si una cotización se salió de la regla.
Gasto por colaborador, ruta y centro de costo, en el formato que ya usa su cierre contable.
04 · Preguntas frecuentes
Trabajamos desde grupos pequeños, y las tarifas de grupo en vuelos y hotelería suelen aplicar a partir de diez pasajeros. Para cuarenta personas el precio mejora bloqueando con anticipación.
Con tarjeta corporativa al emitir. Las condiciones van escritas en la propuesta antes de que apruebe nada.
La propuesta indica desde el inicio hasta qué fecha se puede ajustar la lista sin penalidad y cuál es el costo después de esa fecha.
Sí. Cargamos las reglas de clase, anticipación y tope de tarifa, y toda cotización se emite dentro de esas reglas o marca la excepción.
Gasto por colaborador, centro de costo, ruta y proveedor, en el formato que use la empresa para su cierre contable.
Un plazo máximo de 24 horas para la primera respuesta, con una persona asignada al expediente desde el primer mensaje.

03 · Technology
Since 2026 the operation runs on our own platform. The point is that nobody has to dig through old email to find out where a trip stands.
Quotes, tickets, vouchers and invoices live in the same place. If the executive changes, the history stays.
The traveller writes to the same number from the airport and gets someone who already knows their booking.
Class, advance booking and caps are configured, so nobody has to check by hand whether a quote broke a rule.

04 · FAQ
We work from small groups, and group fares in flights and hotels usually apply from ten passengers. For forty people the price improves by holding space early.
By corporate card at the time of issue. The conditions are written into the proposal before you approve anything.
The proposal states from the start the date up to which the list can be adjusted without penalty, and the cost after that date.
Yes. We load the rules on class, advance booking and fare cap, and every quote is issued within those rules or flags the exception.
